Tiff Knighten on Let's Get Coffee with Hannah Williams of Salary Transparent Street

Curating Your Brand and Leveraging Your Strengths with Tiffany Knighten, CEO of Brand Curators

What do you do and how much do you make? I run a creative agency that specializes in brand building and creative storytelling for purpose-driven brands and people of influence. We're passionate about amplifying diverse voices and prioritizing mental health within our community. Last year, our agency made over $100,000 in revenue.

What education, skills, or experiences were integral to getting your role? I have a degree in Public Relations and Journalism from Seton Hall University. Through internships, mentorship, and job opportunities, I was able to amass the experience needed to help my clients gain visibility and build community.

What career advice can you share? Try everything at least once. It's always good to keep an open mind and even explore jobs/roles outside of your realm of expertise. It gives you perspective and can become useful for drawing creativity.
